Being human means that we are social creatures.

Relationships with others are at the core of our well-being. This is true even if we feel quite introverted and tend to dislike social situations.

That which is missing in these essential relationships can be learned, practiced and imbibed over time. That is how we came where we are currently - by observing and repeating the observed. We can do that all over again and shift the direction in which our lives are flowing.

I Am Right Here With You

To help you uncover the hidden truths that elude our physical senses, minds, and comprehension. These truths pertain to realizing our full potential in our physical, emotional, and mental aspects, and even extend beyond. They guide us in finding our rightful place in our inner and outer lives, within the vast expanse of the universe. Though it may seem like a lot, I am here to assist you in navigating this journey of self-discovery.

The only thing standing in each of our way is our ignorance and reluctance to embrace the potential that lies ahead for each of us.

WHAT THAT MEANS FOR YOU

The constant stories of "if only I knew," "if only I could stay calm," "if only I had seen this coming," and so on, rob us humans of our freedom, joy, and fulfillment in life.

Regardless of whether you are a child, student, parent, professional, teacher, facilitator, business person, boss, employee, educator, healer, coach, consultant, service person, technician, daily wager, or anything else, we are all human first. And all we desire is to have some sense of peace and sanity in our lives. And that we have some understanding of what can be done when faced with challenges, obstacles, the unknown, difficulties, and the like, whether they are personal, relational, related to well-being, behavior, finances, professional matters, or anything else.

All of that is possible. Once we start living with awareness and learn how to remain rooted in it or even consistently return to that state of awareness, all of the possibilities become attainable. It's important to note that both living in awareness and the process of coming back to it are integral phases of the journey towards heightened awareness.

HOW IT WILL GO

After sending an email to inquire about consultation and specifying the areas you would like to focus on, you can expect to receive a response within one day or two (unless it is the weekend). This reply will include a form for you to fill out and a brief introduction.

Once you have provided the necessary information through the form, you will be sent a rough plan outlining the next steps, starting with an introductory session. From there, the process will proceed as discussed during the introduction session.

It's important to note that in cases where there is a specific reason for referral, the flow may differ.

WHY I AM HERE

My way is to follow the moment and what shows up in the moment.

You may have heard about ‘flow with the flow’ or ‘be in the moment’.

That is what has been my learning & practice so far.

It is also my purpose to bring to this world.

How is it that a human forgets to live the moment & in the moment,

What can bring the human back to its original potential of being in the moment and still be a part of this compartmentalised human civilisation [sad present human reality and a potent step in the actual human evolution].

For in it and through it is the way to "sane life & living".

WHAT GOT ME STARTED

It is simply a promise I made to myself as a child to not be the parent I do not like my parents to be. Which I forgot when I became mother of my only daughter 18 years from now in 2023. And she reminded me when she was just 4 years old through her very poignant and pained questions for her mother.

In this relatable yet unrelentingly fearing the relating world, the first relation is to own Self, which once in place only knows how to grow deeper and freer, stronger and subtler. Provided one begins and quits not.

In my journey I have found that what one can contribute to others begins with what one acknowledges in self. A beginning with self begins within another and with others. It is connected. I am here to be that other and another with whom you can begin your journey to Self and even beyond. To that which is your authentic & contributing path. For in this journey begins, grows, deepens the healing that each one of us is looking for.
